A Mild Rant - or - A Sorrowful Decision

 

This has nothing to do with this article, but if there's no picture, no one reads it

There's a play I've wanted to do for over 20 years. In all that time, I had the opportunity twice and came close once. But it continued to elude me. About 2 years ago it was closer than ever, but has once again vanished like a vapor in the early morning. I have put more effort into trying to get this done than I have expended on almost ANY other project. But now I think the time has come to own up to my Ahab Syndrome and just give up. As much as I detest giving up on anything, I see no other option.

So if you don't see me for a few days, it's because I'm in mourning.
